This probably wouldn’t work as an actual cover cause it basically gives away a significant plot point. Truth be told I just wanted to draw something gorey.

So they can’t all be winners so I won’t say who this is supposed to be. But I will say that I would have had more sympathy for their situation if the brother wasn’t so horribly dependent on him.
